I have a linksys firmware 2. My internet keeps on disappearing every 3 or so minutes. The cause maybe that the labtop network my pc is picking up is trying to connect to that network than my own.
Someone used the computer with wireless connection. Now when he gave it back I can’t connect to the internet. I’m using a dsl modem through AT and T. I downloaded all the drivers, and the network drivers don’t show.
What’s the difference between bridging two segments of the same subnet and say using OpenVPN to bridge two physical separate segments? Is the OpenVPN bridging works the same?
Thanks for reply. Let’s say i have a remote office that has been assigned some addresses from 192.168.1.0/24 and main office has other addresses from the same subnet and i setup an OpenVPN in bridging mode over internet. Will this virtual bridge make my network work like a normal LAN ?
This is a very general question. Looking for firewall policies to put in place for a corporate network outside of the normal data network firewall policies.
My old computer was formatte and i want it on the interenet again but…when i go into network connections the button to view wireless networks is not there like it is on my new computer any ideas anyone?
