I am mainly concerned about one that wouldn’t leak all over my PC, while still having as much cooling power as possible. Any suggestions?

The desktop is connected to the modem and router directly. The laptop is connected wireless to the router. Is it possible to set up a home network that will let me transfer files from one pc to another with the setup I already have? If so, how? Thank You.
