So what are the best FREE spyware-removal programs?

I recently updated/upgraded my yahoo toolbar and now I have no spyware tool.

I do yes have windows vista and for some reason im having a hard time finding a spyware removal thats compatible with windows vista any ideas?

I have a spyware program that is blocking internet access so there fore I can’t download updates before running. The 3 programs I am having problems with are error cleaner, privacy protector,and spyware & malware protection. I am trying to keep from reformating all together.

I have this bug on my computer called W32/Patcher.It turns out my mcafee program can’t quarantine this problem that I have.Does know any good spyware removal programs that can get rid of the bug

I can’t download Mcafee and i think it’s because I might have spyware or adware. Everytime I try to download Mcafee a message comes up saying that it can’t be installed because there are problems with my internet connection…
Says it has trouble connecting to the internet.
I have Windows XP
Can someone please help me figure out how to download Mcafee???!?!?

I have a Mac Afee and the free trial goes to the 6th. it isn’t really worth the money any suggestions? A moderate price will be ok but I don’t want to pay $70 to log in everytime I use it.
A moderate cost. I have used AVG and it gave me a head ache.

well yesterday i got some sort of aspyware program on y taskbar. every 5 minutes or so it pops up sayin: “System Alert! System has etected a number of spyware programs…….Click here to get an up to date spyware removal program” and then it takes me to Spydawn. how do i remove this crap, it’s annoying. can anyone provide software, links or other useful info on how to emove this? the best answer will recieve 10 points
